As part of your last... LAST! ... lab assignment for the semester, you are to take a survey for the Reading Department about your Read 142 lab experience.
In addition, I would like you to take a survey evaluating my instruction. After taking my survey, print the last page, which indicates you have completed the survey. Take that paper to the Read 142 Lab Instructor on duty for signature and turn it in on December 12th (M/W class) or December 13th (T class) when you come for your final exam.
